End User License Agreement

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and PH5Cold for the MaLevoLenT software application ("Software").

By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. LICENSE GRANT

PH5Cold grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal or commercial use in accordance with your active subscription.

2. RESTRICTIONS

You may NOT:
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Software
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Bypass subscription validation mechanisms
- Remove copyright notices
- Resell, sublicense, or share access credentials
- Use the Software for unlawful purposes

3. SUBSCRIPTION REQUIREMENT

Access to Pro features requires an active subscription.
If your subscription expires, access to certain features may be limited.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Software and all related content are the exclusive property of PH5Cold.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. TERMINATION

This license automatically terminates if you violate this Agreement.
PH5Cold may suspend or terminate access in cases of abuse or fraud.

6. DISCLAIMER

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
PH5Cold does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

PH5Cold shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the Software.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
