PH5Cold offers a 5-day free trial for MaLevoLenT and a 3-day free trial for PH5Ctnr, with no credit card required.

We encourage users to evaluate the software during the trial period before purchasing.

After purchase or subscription activation:

- All payments are final.
- Subscriptions and lifetime licenses are non-refundable.
- Cancellation prevents future billing but does not refund the current billing period.

Refund exceptions may be considered only in cases of proven technical errors that prevent access to the Service.
